God Is My Safety

Isaiah 33:6

The Lord will be your safety. He is full of salvation, wisdom and knowledge. Respect for the Lord is the greatest treasure.

In some areas, locusts have been known to swarm inside houses and eat the furniture. Once a swarm of locusts has invaded a place, it will be very difficult to control. They can destroy the furniture and house. In an area where it is likely to happen, it is important for the owner of the house to take a precautionary measure in order to prevent it from happening. 

God describes that evil and sins are like the swarm of locusts. Once you let it invade your life, it will be very difficult to stop. You will fall into a cycle of sins. 

It is important that our hearts and minds stay close to God, so there is no way for sin to develop in us. You are safe under His mighty wings as God is our best safety.

When we sin, we must quickly repent and come to God, God will surely clean us from our sins. God would never leave His people who come humbly to Him in their desperation.

Prayer

Dear God, I find refuge under Your wings. Protect me and keep evil far from me. Amen.
