Everything’s a Gift - We always celebrate and practice thankfulness! We choose to focus on how great God is, are thankful for everything in our lives, and for the people around us.
READ:
Read The Lame Man in any Children's Bible or Acts 3:1-10 (ICB)
Peter told the man that they had no silver or gold but what they did have they would give to him.
ASK:
God has given us all that we have. God wants us to be generous and share what He has given us.
The man thought that he needed money, but Peter and John knew that what the man needed was to be healed.
Is there someone you know that needs healing?
Pray for them and ask God to heal them. Remember to write down what you are praying for or ask your grownup to help you write it down.
REMEMBER:
Psalm 9:1
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
SAY:
My God is good,
He is awesome and great.
He helps me be strong,
Even when I’m afraid.
I will say thank you,
For all He has done.
For me and my people,
He loves everyone.

Through scripture and well-known bible stories we’ll explore how this DNA is about having an attitude of gratitude. We pray that children will grasp that God loves a grateful heart and that we have so much that we can be grateful for.
