The Priority of FamilySample
LEARN FROM THE ANT
Watch the ants when they find a lump of food. The ants that found the food did not immediately eat all the food on the spot. Instead, they would call their friends to transport the food together to the safest place. Even though ants are small animals, they can do great jobs because have good teamwork.
The truth of God's Word today teaches us the need to work with a team spirit. The team needs to have the ability to work together to do the job and achieve the goal. To be able to carry out our respective functions in the team, we must always be humble, gentle, and patient. We must also show love to help one another.
Humility is evident when someone in the group gives Christ the first place, another person the second place, and himself the last place. Gentleness makes a person be controlled by God in such a way that he can always control himself properly according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Each member must be patient to deal with everyone, whether when they have to deal with people who are easy to work with and those who are difficult. Each of them needs to increase one's self-stability. By doing that, the attitude of showing love while helping each other is not a difficult thing to do.
Just as each ant can play a role in helping each other, so can each person on the team. There are many great things we can do when we want to help each other, whether in the family, the congregation, or the organization.
