90 Days to Wholeness: A Porn Addiction Recovery Devotional for WomenSample
There are women just like you who are longing to know they are not alone. And your story could be a light of hope for them. Over our last days together in this devotional, we are going to work together on structuring your story in such a way that is easy to share with others who need to hear it.
Some say you should have at least 6 weeks of sobriety under your belt before sharing your story. But I don’t think it takes total sobriety to start being vulnerable. In fact, it is in the vulnerable moments (when we aren’t behaving perfectly) that real life change can occur in both your own life and the in lives of others. Mary’s act was a vulnerable one, and she was rewarded for it.
Jesus died naked, abandoned and alone on the cross. I can’t imagine a more vulnerable moment for anyone to bear, so who are we to shy away from being vulnerable? What does being vulnerable mean to you?
