Day 7: Knowing that everything you need to be a great mother, is already inside of you

Motherhood is a calling, not a job description. Raising Godly children has deep and meaningful purpose. Whether you believe it or not, God promises that you have everything you need to be a great mother. If God appoints you, He will equip you. 

Great mothers understand that their strength and wisdom come from their confident trust in God’s abilities and not their own. It is not about what you bring to the table, it is what you allow God to do through you that makes you a great mother. 

I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfil His purpose – I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace]. – Philippians 4:13 AMP

Prayer: Lord, thank you for providing everything I need for the tasks that You have assigned to me. I choose to believe that I can accomplish whatever I was called to do, with Christ at work in me.  Amen.
