Have you ever tried something over and over again but still did not get it?  I’m sure you found yourself frustrated and you may even have just given up trying to finish it.  I’m pretty sure that was the exact feeling Peter, James and John felt after fishing all night with no luck.  I love how Jesus meets them where they are and changes the entire situation.  This is exactly what Jesus wants to do in your life and the life of people all around you.  Jesus is waiting for you to invite him into your life and then he wants to use you to spread his message to the people in your life.  The problem is that we let fear, frustration and even questions hold us back from allowing Jesus to change us and others.  We need to fully allow Jesus to change us and out of that change we need to become followers who bring others to him.  This is how we can become fishers of men and spread Jesus to others in our lives.

 Challenge: Today we challenge you to allow Jesus to change your life and ask him to help you spread his message to others.  Who is someone in your life who needs to hear about Jesus?  What is holding you back from talking to them about him?  Make the decision today to talk to him/her about Jesus this week.
