33 Day Men’s ChallengeSample
DAY THREE
The Warrior’s Creed
Speak it out for two minutes with conviction and use the movements from the video to memorize it:
“Obey heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil.”
The Master’s Word
Set this word to a rhythm and declare it out loud for at least five minutes and whenever you’re out walking or driving today.
“Put on the full armor of God” Ephesians 6:10-18
The Truth Challenge
Consider honestly this question:
“Are you living according to the Spirit of the Master in you, or are you being religious in trying to do things by your own strength?”
The Response Challenge
Take some notes and share them with your warrior brother (by telephone, email, text etc.).
The Physical Challenge
Visualization
As warriors of the Lord, let’s imagine ourselves putting on the armor of God and walking with the Lord through the midst of life’s daily battles:
Belt of Truth: I imagine myself remaining in the truth of Jesus and rejecting lies.
Breastplate of Righteousness: I imagine myself making the right choices when tempted.
Preparation of the Gospel of Peace: I see myself sharing the gospel and testifying to Jesus boldly.
Shield of faith: Although attacked by the flaming darts of the enemy, I see them being extinguished by my faith.
Helmet of salvation: I imagine my mind and head being protected by the power of the Savior when my thoughts and feelings are coming under attack.
Sword of the Spirit: I imagine demons fleeing as I proclaim the Word of God.

About this Plan
The 33 Minute Warrior, created in Japan, is a movement of brothers who support each other to get free and live powerfully as modern-day warriors in the Way of Christ. “Obey Heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil” is the creed we live by. The 33 Day Challenge is the wake-up call and initiation to that transformation. Do it together with a brother to get the most out of it.
