40 Days of FaithSample
Today’s Reading: James 1:2–8
Faith Confession
I count the testing of my faith as joy for it produces steadfastness in me, and I will be made perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. I ask for wisdom and you generously give it to me. I am not as one who doubts and is driven and tossed by the wind (James 1:2–8). I am filled with the knowledge of your will and strengthened with all power according to your glorious might for all endurance and patience with joy (Colossians 1:9–11). I do not grow weary of doing good, for in due season I will reap a harvest because I will not give up (Galatians 6:9). I will remain steadfast, and will receive the crown of life which God has promised to those who love him (James 1:12).
