2 SamuelSample
Questions to consider:
1. What does this passage teach you about God?
2. What does this teach you about humanity and the world?
3. How do David and the people worship the Lord in verses 12-18? Today, how can you wholeheartedly worship the Lord?
4. What does David’s wife, Michal, think about their worship in verse 16? How does the approval and opinion of other people keep you from freely worshiping the Lord?
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father, you are wonderful, gracious, powerful, faithful, and kind. Thank you for all that You are, all that You have done, and the things You have yet to do. Today, instead of caring what other people think about me, let my motivations and actions glorify You.
