God’s Vision, My Voice 

God gives us two powerful tools to use when operating as spiritual royals: vision and voice. Spiritual vision is learning to walk by faith and not by sight, to walk through the valley of the shadow of death, and do it without fearing evil, knowing that our Father walks with us and His mighty knights. "Goodness and mercy” follow us. 

The problem is that we don't know what to do when what we see doesn't match up with what God said. You have to remember that the same God that brought you out can bring you in!

That’s where the tool of our voice comes into play. We have to learn to speak what God said, in spite of what we see in the world. You may see or feel sickness, hurt, or despair; but decree and declare the victory by quoting scripture that lines up with what God said over your situations. 

If you understand that you are royalty, then you accept that you are crowd shifters. What is a crowd shifter? It’s a person that shows up and changes the atmosphere. You can feel their presence in a room. That’s who and what you were created to be. You were designed to shift crowds not flow with them. Your sheer presence was designed to make people take notice: stop, look, and listen. When you show up, the room immediately pauses. That’s the king and queen in you.

It’s the same quality that often makes it hard for you to fit in. Being royal isn’t always easy. It can be quite uncomfortable at times, but it’s worth it. When you are a specialty item, you aren’t often easily found amongst other items on the rack. Indeed, you are found in a tailor’s shop, not a department store. You define your tailor’s shop, not a department store. You define your situations; you do not allow your situations to define you.

You were designed to rule. Being royal is more than a notion; it’s a full-time commitment to gradually becoming who God created you to be. David was anointed to be king and then went back to being a shepherd, then a solider. It was a long road between being anointed as king and being ready to actually serve as king. Enjoy the process, but commit to progress.

I am royal, and I’m not the only one.

We will support each other.

We will succeed as one, the royal class.
