Psalms in 30 DaysSample
Morning Prayer:
Call to Prayer (read Revelation 4:8)
Confession of Faith
I believe there is one God, infinitely great and good, the creator and sustainer of all things visible and invisible, the one true source of light and life, who has life in himself and lives eternally in glorious light and sovereign love in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – co-equal in nature, majesty, and glory. Everything God does in creating, sustaining, judging, and redeeming the world reflects who God is, the one whose perfections, including love, holiness, knowledge, wisdom, power, and righteousness, have been revealed in the history of salvation. God has freely purposed from before the foundation of the world to elect and form a people for himself to be his treasured possession, to the praise of his glory.

Canticle
O gladsome light,
pure brightness of the everlasting Father in heaven,
O Jesus Christ, holy and blessed!
Now as we come to the setting of the sun,
and our eyes behold the vesper light,
we sing your praises, O God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
You are worthy at all times to be praised by happy voices,
O Son of God, O Giver of Life,
and to be glorified through all the worlds.
Phos Hilaron

Intercessions and Personal Requests:
Prayer of the Church
Father, keep us from vain strife of words. Grant to us constant profession of the truth! Preserve us in a true and undefiled faith so that we may hold fast to what we professed when we were baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, that we may have you for our Father, that we may abide in your Son and in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord.
Hilary of Poitiers
Blessing
The Almighty and merciful Lord, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
bless us and keep us, this night and evermore. Amen.
About this Plan
This plan relies on a pattern of prayer Trevin Wax developed in 2019. Here you will find all the Psalms arranged in three-times-a-day readings for thirty days. This will include a time in the morning, midday, and evening. Every prayer time begins with a call to prayer and includes the Gloria, the Lord’s Prayer, and closes with a biblical blessing.
