What does the Bible say about God’s presence?

• God is always present with us whether we feel it or not.

“And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20b)

• God wants us to seek his presence.

Come close to God, and God will come close to you. (James 4:8a)

• Everyone who trusts in Jesus can come boldly into God’s presence.

Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence. (Ephesians 3:12)
