Day Seven - He makes me brave!

This week, we have been learning that God Makes us Brave! As we have looked more into the story of Jesus walking on water (Beginners Bible pg.364-371 / Matthew 14:22-33) we have learnt that: 

• He has not given us a spirit of fear!
• In all things, we can trust Him 
• We can step out against our fears
• To keep our eyes focused on Him
• We have authority in Him 
• We can find our identity and confidence in Him 

ASK: 

What has been one of the main things that you learnt this week? 

As you’re reflecting on the things that you have learnt this week, think about the next step you can take to action what you know. 

REMEMBER:

Our memory verse for this series, 2 Timothy 1:7, says that "For God has not given us a spirit of fear or timidity, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." This means that we don’t have to be afraid of anything! God is with you all the time, and He loves and cares for you so much!

FEARBUSTER PRAYER:

You are bigger than my fears, you wipe away my tears. I have a voice to pray, you teach me what to say. I am brave because of You! We tell our fear to quit, we've had enough of it!
