Reset: Diligence Is a Choice. It’s Time to Execute.Sample
He Becometh Poor.
“He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” Proverbs 10:4 KJV
Take the slack out of your process. Stay focused. Create a diligence schedule. Stay on track. Complete large tasks by taking one step at a time and despise not small beginnings.
Notice, Proverbs 10:4 KJV declares, “He becometh poor...”. Becoming poor is a process. Clean up your process. Tighten up your process. Surrender your heart and ways to God and allow Christ to order your steps and lead your process. What has God given you to do?
Proverbs 10:4 AMPC declares, “He becomes poor who works with a slack and idle hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” Remove the slack out of your process. Remove the idleness out of your vision. Keep moving forward. Submit and surrender to God daily and let Christ order your steps.
Proverbs 16:3 AMPC declares, “Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.” Submit to His Will. Let His Word lead your path. Diligently listen to what God has to say concerning every area of your life. Let His Word lead your life. Let His Word guide your footsteps.
James 1:22 KJV declares, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” Hear His Voice and obey His Instruction. Hear His Voice and execute. Be a doer of the Word. Listen to His Word and then do what He says. “For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:” Psalms 95:7-8 KJV
Joshua 1:8 KJV declares, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Follow His Word and you will have good success. God desires that you have good success — both naturally and spiritually. Choose to follow Him.
Proverbs 10:4 NLT declares, “Lazy people are soon poor; hard workers get rich.” Choose to surrender your ways, deeds and actions to Christ. Let slack go. Let slothfulness go. Diligently follow His Word in every season of life. Surrender to Him and let Christ lead your path.
Action:
Decide to execute diligently. Create a daily execution schedule. Keep track of your progress. Pray and ask God for instruction. Let Christ lead your next steps. Despise not small beginnings and take small steps forward.
