Reset: Diligence Is a Choice. It’s Time to Execute.Sample
The Thoughts Of The Diligent.
“The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.” Proverbs 21:5 KJV
Focus on completing what God has given you to accomplish. Completed projects bring forth fruit. Focus on what God told you to do first. Don’t move forward until you’ve completed the first assignment. Roast what’s in your hand and then move on to the next task. Focus on diligently executing.
Take the first step. Complete the first step and then take the next step. The diligent will complete what has been assigned to them first and then will think about ways to innovate. Complete the assignment before you complain about the process. Complete the task first and then think about ways of improving the process.
Proverbs 21:5 AMPC declares, “The thoughts of the [steadily] diligent tend only to plenteousness, but everyone who is impatient and hasty hastens only to want.” Keep it steady. Keep it moving. Keep moving forward. Stay consistent. Keep plowing. Don’t take your hand off of the plow. Do what God has called you to do.
James 1:8 KJV declares, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” A double minded man is unfruitful in all of his ways. A double minded man is inconsistent in all of his ways. A double minded man is unproductive in all of his ways. Stay focused. Stay consistent. Stay submitted to God and you will reap His Results. “Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.” Proverbs 21:5 NLT. No shortcuts.
Action:
Execute consistently. No shortcuts.
