The Bible is full of promises, yet oftentimes I find it can be easy to forget they exist.
Fear can cause you to be doubtful of His promises to you. One day, you believe, the next day you’re questioning everything you once believed. Like the disciples in the boat when they were tossed about by the storm, they were right to be scared in that situation. Fear is a natural response, but should not be the only response.
We are constantly admonished to meditate on God’s words because our hearts and minds are prone to wander away from God’s truth.
God promises us peace, like the world can’t even give us. It transcends every situation.
Be firm, be grounded, because He already knows the outcome.
Action:
Research some of God’s promises. Write out 2-3 that stick out to you (using a phone or notebook). Use the promises as a prayer and watchword for the week
