There’s a reason that physical education is a requirement in middle school. Because whether we enjoy it or not, moving our bodies and getting some exercise is good for us. And the same is true in our relationship with God. When we spend time working toward becoming more like Him—developing characteristics like kindness, purity, wisdom, joy, love—we grow stronger in our faith. Even if it isn’t always easy or something we want to do, we know that it will make us better, stronger, and more like Him. And that makes it worth the work! Is there a characteristic of God that you’d like to develop in your life? This week, ask a trusted friend or Small Group Leader to help you work toward growing that part of your life and your faith

A reading plan about God’s plan for sex in our lives. Because God made you, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Because God made us all, all of us are valuable. Because God made sex, sexual things matter. Because God made you, you are in control of your own body.
