21 Day Prayer ChallengeExemplo
Day 4- Provision For My Decisions
- God’s Word
Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5-6 (NLT)
- Today’s Thought
Are you old enough to remember back in the day when you had to have a physical map or a compass to show you which direction to take? Nowadays, we would be lost without our GPS in our cars or on our phones. God has provided for us the ultimate tool in getting direction for decisions in our lives. He has provided His Word to be the compass and GPS in our lives. The Bible is not only a book to read, but it is a voice to hear for our decisions in life.
King Solomon, the writer of Proverbs, was one of the wisest men who ever lived. He encourages us to lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all our heart and mind and rely on Him to guide us. He knew from experience that God has a way of showing up in your life and showing you which path to take. There is nothing more important in life than the decisions we make. Today's decisions will determine the story we will tell tomorrow and ultimately the legacy we will leave behind.
As we continue to pray this prayer of blessing over family, friends, and our future, let's pray that God will provide and bless us with supernatural wisdom for the decisions in our lives.
- My Prayer
May the LORD bless you and protect you. May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you. May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace. Numbers 6:24-26 (NLT)
Heavenly Father, today I thank you that you are a God of all wisdom. Thank you for your desire to bless me and give me direction in the decisions I am making. I pray that you will guide and direct my path through your Spirit and your Word as I trust in you with all my heart.

For 20 years, Michelle's father, Dr. Rod Masteller, used "5 P's" taken from the prayer of Aaron to serve as a daily guide to pray God's blessings over his life, family, and friends. In his honor, we have written this devotional as a framework to help you focus on praying for God's provision, protection, presence, power, and peace.
