Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 6Przykład
In Acts 12, we read about how the early church faced intense persecution. James, one of the disciples, had already been executed, and now Peter had been arrested and was awaiting a similar fate. It seemed like all hope was lost for the church.
But then, something incredible happened. An angel appeared to Peter in prison and led him out, freeing him from his chains and guiding him to safety. This miraculous escape demonstrates that God was with Peter and the church, even in their darkest hour.
The verse of the day that I would like to share with you is from Acts 12:11, which says, "Then Peter came to himself and said, 'Now I am sure that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all that the Jewish people were expecting.'”
This verse shows us that when we face difficult and seemingly impossible situations, we must remember that God is with us. Just as He was with Peter and the early church, He is with us now. We may not always see the way out, but if we trust in God and remain faithful, He will guide us to safety and deliverance.
So, no matter what challenges or obstacles you may be facing in your life, remember that God is always with you. Keep the faith, stay strong, and trust in His plan for your life.
In light of this verse, a good question could be: How can we have faith and trust in God’s protection and deliverance, even in the face of difficult and seemingly impossible circumstances?
