What a glorious thought that sin has no dominion over us. We all struggle with sin and will until we die, but it ultimately has no dominion over us. Christ forever broke the power sin has over us through His death and resurrection. Just think of the implications of that! We are to consider ourselves dead to sin. What sin do you struggle with? What sin do you have a hard time laying aside? It has no dominion over you if you are a believer.

I urge you to fight your sin. How do you do that? Pray and ask God to help you overcome your sin. Memorize God’s Word and when the sin tempts you, fight back with God’s word. Get accountability in your life, someone who will ask the hard questions about your sin. Whatever the sin is, you are to consider yourself dead to it. Christ has already had the victory over that sin, live in that victory.
