Pray for MENACA: An Intercession Guide for Unreached Nationsਨਮੂਨਾ

The world is expanding, and people are moving from country to country at a rapid pace. Many from the MENACA nations are now on every continent. Not only are people moving due to economic opportunities, but they are also being displaced due to wars, famines, ethnic persecution, and other hardships. This movement has opened up doors to spread the Gospel to people who might never have heard it.

As unreached people and people groups find themselves in more free and open societies, the Church has been a force to help welcome them, fight for them, and invite them to be a part of its community. And we must continue.

Many are seizing the opportunity to spread the Gospel on street corners, schools, social ministries, social media, and workplaces, sharing the love of Jesus with those who have not heard the Good News. The hope lies in reaching multiplied millions of people, one person at a time, who will then reach out in an impactful way and transform the nations before the day of His glorious return.

Prayer Points to Consider:

• Pray for unreached peoples spread throughout the world in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Ask that workers be sent, churches raised up, and the Gospel be shared unhindered.
• Pray for the world’s refugee populations. Asking that the Church be a vehicle of healing and not hostility, bringing restoration. That their message and actions would draw people closer to Jesus.
• Pray for international students and others from closed-access nations drawn by economic opportunity to study, work, or live in open-access countries to hear the Gospel and respond to the Lord’s salvation, healing, and freedom.
• Pray for the expansion of workers and ministries in every country. Each nation, tribe, and tongue has its part in the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Ask the Holy Spirit to empower all who believe to continue the work of Jesus, accompanied with signs, miracles, revealing His love and forgiveness (Acts 1:1-8).

Dear Heavenly Father... I pray for all those who find themselves as “strangers in a strange land”—the refugees and immigrants from the MENACA region that have been scattered across the globe. I pray that in their going, they will encounter Jesus, the true Prince of Peace, and that they will be welcomed and loved well by His Bride, the Church, as it is bold to share Your love and life with them unreservedly. May the influence and bold witness of those who come to faith reach back into their countries of origin with Your transforming power. I also ask the Holy Spirit to continue to ignite an evangelistic fire within believers everywhere to go to the ends of the world to share Your beyond-reason love. And that includes me! Until You come again, Lord Jesus, I seal this prayer in Your Majestic Name. Amen!
