FAITH IN ACTION

We are compelled, even if our faith is small, to let it show. It’s not because we want to be prideful, boasting that we are better. It’s not that we believe we work our way to heaven. But instead, it’s out of the overflow of joy and gratitude that we want to bless others. It could be as small as offering to help someone move to generously donating to a cause close to our heart. It may be volunteering our time or sharing the Gospel in a third world country. The truth is that there’s no way you can have faith in God and not want to act out of it.

Prayer: Father, open my heart to live with generosity and kindness toward those around me. Let me make a difference for Your kingdom. Fill me with confidence to walk out my faith every day. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
