Are You Nurturing Somebody’s Gifts and Talents?

Could you be the one person who helps someone find, cultivate, and unleash their divine set of skills and gifts? I believe that we are all designed by God to help others walk in their true anointing. If you can help someone else find their passion and divine design, they will walk in their anointing. Ephesians 4 says this, “So Christ Himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” (vs.11-12, NIV) God placed you on this Earth to pour into others and to help them find their calling and power.

I can make a quick list of coaches, teachers, pastors, and family members who've helped me walk in my anointing. David, my minor league hockey coach, told me that I was a leader. Dr. Bell, a high school teacher, helped me transition into an English school. Dr. Lim told me I was smart. Dr. Dobbins taught me life-changing truths. Who's helped you find your heavenly anointing, your purpose and destiny?

As I think back over my life, I am so grateful for Claudio Freidzon; Dr. Decker; Dr. Marocco; my brother, Mick; my mom; my dad; Elaine; and countless more. They helped me discover my gifts and spiritual DNA. I found my anointing because of their efforts.

Paul accepted this unique opportunity to help people. He helped churches and cities discover their spirit-filled life. 2 Timothy 1:6 says, “Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” (NKJV)

The anointed life is a life led by the spirit of God. You will become so full that you'll want to pour into others. Luke 6 says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." (vs.38, NIV) The more anointing and love that you pour into others, the more anointing and love you'll have. Your legacy will be the sons and daughters in the faith who will outlive you. My dream is that my sons and daughters will go further than me and make even more of an impact.

Can you dream with me and pray with me? “Lord Jesus, please help me walk in Your anointing and pour it out on others, through me.”
