SE Students - Be the Branch - Part 2Sample
Near the end of someone’s life, they often have really important conversations with friends and family. In some cases, those conversations get written down in journals or recorded in audio notes so that they can be recalled and remembered.
John 15 is a great example of one of those conversations, as Jesus was near His death on the cross. Speaking to His disciples, He communicated what was truly of highest importance.
"Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 NLT
As we start this reading plan together, consider this not just as a conversation for the disciples then, but for us today.
Are you starting this plan with Jesus or apart from Him? Take some time to get connected through prayer and ask for ears to hear this important message this week.
