Love God Greatly: EstherSample

There verses were spoken as a blessing over Abram as he set out at the beginning of his adventurous call from God. He was about to leave everything familiar to him and head into the unknown. Through this time of uncertainty, God spoke these promises of blessing to Abram. No matter what the future would hold, Abram could be sure that God would somehow bless him. 

This is true of us as well, dear children of God. No matter what our life holds we can be sure that we will be blessed, both in this life and especially in the life to come.

Dear God, Thank you for the promises You have graciously given to us through Your word. Thank you that You are trustworthy and keep all Your promises. You are the ultimate Promise Keeper. Help me always to remember that when I am tempted to doubt. Amen.
