### Day 6: ### The Hurting in Heartache Lord, help me rest in You when hurting happens within heartache. Heartache will happen on this side of Heaven. While I know that to be true, the hurting can feel incredibly heavy. Please help me to hand the hurts over to You and not carry them on my own. Remind me in the midst of pain, You are with me and for me. You are carrying me and guiding me through. You are my ever-present help. In Jesus' name, amen. 1 Peter 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
