### Day 4: ### The Angst of Anger Lord, help me fight the temptation of anger. In the moments that have me stretched thin and bring me to a boil, help me lean into You. Remind me of the grace and mercy Y ou've shown me before I give into the reaction my flesh wants to release. Father, may I live from a place of peace and not a place of frustration and fury. Draw me near to You in these moments. In Jesus' name, amen. Ecclesiastes 7:9 Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the heart of fools.
