Experiencing God At Home For Daily Family नमूना
God Makes The First Family
Quick Start
It was always God’s plan to make families, friends, and communities— lots of people He could love and be loved by, and people who would love each other. Have you considered that when God created Adam and his family, that he already saw you and your family in the future?
Quest
This was a big day for Adam; up to this point, God had only created animals as his companions. Now he would have a woman—a partner that was like him. It was God’s plan that a husband and a wife would work together and create a new family, separate from the ones they came from.
They would create a home designed to raise the children that God would give them. A home is where you can be yourself and be loved for who you are. Every home might be a little different because each family is different— yet exactly what God wants them to be because He places them there. The most important ingredient to have in a home is God Himself; to include Him in family decisions, to talk with Him in prayer times, and to read His Bible together so they know what is on His heart. Allow God to be at the center of your home and in all your activities make His plan complete.
Quiet Family Prayer
Take a few moments for each person to pray and thank God for giving you the family you have. Then pray together and ask God to be a bigger part of your family. Invite Him into your home, your decisions, your fun, your conversations, and anything else you can think of.
Quiet Times
Younger Kids: Read the story of the first family from your own Bible. Ask God (since He’s part of the family) to help you have the wisdom to be a good son/daughter and brother/sister.
Older Kids: Read Ephesians 5:22–6:4. Think and pray about what it says. Ask God to help your family grow spiritually so that you would all experience Him and His blessings.
