Good Kings Establish Stabilityनमूना
When The Righteous Rule.
“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” Proverbs 29:2 KJV
Proverbs 29:2 AMPC declares, “When the [uncompromisingly] righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh.” Do not compromise. Compromising is a choice. It’s your choice to lead with integrity or with filthy hands. Let God flow through the work of your hands.
If you’ve made a mistake, simply repent and correct your course. Let God heal your heart. Let God lead you. 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV declares, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Choose to turn from your wicked, unproductive and ungodly ways and watch God heal your land.
Good leaders repent daily. Good leaders have a heart that reflects God’s Heart. Good leaders are softened, strengthened and restored by God. Good leaders surrender and submit to God’s Way of doing things. Let God lead your heart. Let God correct and light your path.
Good leadership is a daily decision. James 1:8 KJV declares, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” Double minded leadership produces instability. Choose to surrender to God. Let God lead and direct your path. Choose to grow as a leader. Choose to serve, honor and reflect God through your leadership.
Let God lead, enhance and correct your process. Let God lead the work of your hands. Build with diligence. Choose to eliminate slack. Proverbs 10:4 KJV declares, “He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” Organizations fail and empires fall because of prideful leadership and slack processes. Let God lead your process.
When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice. When the righteous — those who are filled with humility, integrity, honor and character — are in authority the people rejoice. Ask God to lead your heart. Ask God to lead the work of your hands. Let God soften, develop and sharpen you. Ask God to improve your process. Ask God to strengthen your ability to lead. Ask God to develop you as a leader.
Choose to be in right standing with God and let Him lead everything that’s under your authority. Leaders aren’t born in a day — they are developed by God through His process. Go through the process — God’s process. His way is perfect. His timing is perfect. His process is just.
