Psalms 121:1-8

I will lift up my eyes to the hills [of Jerusalem]— From where shall my help come? [Jer 3:23] My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. [1 Sam 2:9; Ps 127:1; Prov 3:23, 26; Is 27:3] Behold, He who keeps Israel Will neither slumber [briefly] nor sleep [soundly]. ¶The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade on your right hand. [Is 25:4] The sun will not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. [Ps 91:5; Is 49:10; Rev 7:16] The LORD will protect you from all evil; He will keep your life. The LORD will guard your going out and your coming in [everything that you do] From this time forth and forever. [Deut 28:6; Prov 2:8; 3:6]
