Hope in Hard Times အခက်အခဲ ကြားမှ မျှော်လင့်ချက် ပန်းတိုင်နမူနာ

ဘုရားသခင်က ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးကြောင်းကိုလည်း ကျမ်းစာထဲမှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ဆိုလိုသည်မှာ ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်အကြောင်း သိလိုသည့်အပြင် သင့်အတွက် ဘုရားသခင်ရှိနေကြောင်းကိုလည်း ရည်ရွယ်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

ရုန်းကန်မှုတွေနဲ့ ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့ သင်နဲ့အတူ ဘုရားသခင်ရှိနေပါတယ်။ ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်အနေနဲ့ သူ့ကို ယုံကြည်ပြီး ဖွင့်ပြောလာမယ့်အချိန်ကို မျှော်လင့်ကြိုဆိုနေပါတယ်။ 

ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်အကြောင်းအားလုံးကို သိနေပြီးသား ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင့်ရဲ့ လက်ရှိခံစားချက်နဲ့ သင်ဘာလိုချင်လဲဆိုတာ တွေကို ဘုရားသခင် သိနေပါတယ်။

သင့်ဦးခေါင်းပေါ်က ဆံသားအရေအတွက်ကအစ ဘုရားသခင် သိထားပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့ ဘုရားသခင် သင့်ကို အမှန်တကယ် ချစ်မြတ်နိုးပြီး သင့်အနေနဲ့လည်း သူ့ကို ယုံကြည်သက်ဝင်ကာ ချစ်မြတ်နိုးလာစေလိုပါတယ်။ ထို့ကြောင့် သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် ဒီအကြောင်းတွေကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံ ဖွင့်ပြောလာဖို့ ကြိုဆိုနေပါတယ်။

သင်နဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်က ဘယ်လိုနည်းနဲ့မဆို ဆက်နွှယ်နေပါတယ်။ ရိုးသားမှုနဲ့အတူ သင့်အနေနဲ့ ဘုရားသခင်ထံ အချိန်ပေး ဖွင့်ဟစေလိုပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင် ကသင် နဲ့စကားပြောချင်ပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင်သည်သမ္မာကျမ်းစာမှတဆင့် သင့်အားစကားပြောနေပြီး သင်သည်လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ထံဆုတောင်းခြင်းဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ပြောဆိုနိုင် ပါတယ်။

နှုတ်မှသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ စိတ်ထဲမှသော်လည်းကောင်း ဘုရားသခင်ထံ ဆုတောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဆုတောင်းခြင်းကို မတ်တပ်ရပ်နေခြင်း၊ ထိုင်နေခြင်းဖြင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဒူးထောက်ခြင်း လဲလျောင်းခြင်းဖြင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း အချိန်နေရာမရွေး သင် ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဒါက တော့ အကောင်းဆုံးအပိုင်းပါ။

သင် လွဲမှားခဲ့တာ၊ ရှက်ဖွယ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တာတွေကအစ မည်သည့်အကြောင်းအရာမဆို ဘုရားသခင် ထံ ဖွင့်ဟနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်ကို ဘယ်တော့မှ ပစ်ခွာသွားမှာမဟုတ်သလို အချစ်လျော့သွားမှာ မဟုတ်တဲ့အတွက် ဖွင့်ပြောတဲ့ အခါမှာ သင့်အနေနဲ့ ကြောက်ရွံ့နေစရာမလိုပါဘူး။

တကယ်တော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်ရဲ့ ဆိုးသွမ်းမှုတွေနဲ့ အတွေးမှားတွေကို သိထားပေမဲ့ သင့်ကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးနေဆဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင်က အားလုံးကို သိထားပြီး ခွင့်လွှတ်တဲ့ အတွက် ကြောင့် သင့်အနေနဲ့ ဖုံးကွယ်ထားစရာမလိုပါဘူး ။

ဒါက တော့ သခင်ယေရှု အကြောင်းပါ။

သခင်ယေရှုက ဘုရားသားတော်ဖြစ်ပြီး လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်း ၂၀၀၀ ကျော်ကတည်းက ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးပေါ်သို့ ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။

သခင် ယေရှုသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ လမ်းညွှန်မှုအောက်တွင် အပြည့်အဝရောက်ရှိခဲ့သည့် တစ်ဦးတည်းသော လူသားဖြစ်ပြီး ပြစ်မှုကျူးလွန်ခဲ့ခြင်း အလျင်းမရှိပါ။

သခင် ယေရှု က ပြီးပြည့်စုံခဲ့သူဖြစ်တယ်။

ကိုယ်တော် ယေရှုက ပြီးပြည့်စုံခဲ့ပေမဲ့ အင်မတန်နာကျင်လှတဲ့ သေခြင်းတရားမျိုးနဲ့ ရင်ဆိုင်ဖို့ ကိုရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ကိုယ်တော် ကယ်တင်ဖို့လာခဲ့တဲ့ လူသားမျိုးနွယ်တွေက လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်မှာ သူ့လက်တွေ၊ ခြေတွေကို သံရိုက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

သေဆုံးပြီးနောက် သူ့ကို မြှုပ်နှံလိုက်ကြပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနောက် ၃ နှစ်အကြာမှာတော့ ဘုရားသခင်က သားတော်ယေရှုကို ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သခင် ယေရှုက ဘုရားသခင်ရဲ့ သားတော်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းနဲ့ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့ဘဝ ရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ မတရားသေဆုံးမှုတို့နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး လူသားမျိုးနွယ်တွေကို ထာဝရ ခွင့်လွှတ်ထားကြောင်း ဘုရားသခင်က ပြသခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ထို့ကြောင့် ဘုရားရဲ့လမ်းညွှန်မှုနောက် လိုက်နိုင်ရန် ကူညီပေးဖို့၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ နှလုံးသားကို ပြောင်းလဲဖို့ သခင်ယေရှု ကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင်ကို သိလိုပြီး သင့်အမှားတွေ ခွင့်လွှတ်ပေးစေလိုလျှင် အဲ့ဒီအတွက်ကို တောင်းဆိုပါ။

သခင် ယေရှုက သင့်အစား သင့်အပြစ်ကို ခံယူပေးတဲ့အတွက် သင်က ခွင့်လွှတ်ခံပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ယုံကြည်ပါ။ သင့်ဖြစ်တည်မှုကို ဘုရားသခင် ဖန်တီးပုံဖော်ပေးတဲ့အတိုင်း ဖြစ်တည်လာဖို့ ယုံကြည်ပါ။

ခွင့်လွှတ်မှုကို တောင်းခံပြီး မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲဖို့ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အကူအညီရယူခြင်းသည် ဘုရားသခင်ထံ မှ ကတိကဝတ်ခံယူမှုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် အရာအားလုံး လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးဖို့ ဘုရားသခင် အလိုမရှိပါ။  သင်သည်သာ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ ဆက်နွှယ်မှုရှိသည်ကို အမှန်တကယ် ယုံကြည်လိုလားရန်သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

လမ်းညွှန်မှုထံ ကတိကဝတ်မခံယူခင် ဘုရားသခင်အကြောင်း ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါကလည်း ပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဖွင့်ဟဝန်ခံပြီး ဤရက်ကို ဖတ်ရှုလေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ (ဘုရားသခင်က သင့်ကို ဘယ်လိုပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲမည်ဆိုတာ 

သိလိုပါက ၅ ရက်မြောက်နေ့ ကို ဖတ်ရှုပါ)။

ဘုရားသခင်က အခု သင်ပြောတာကို နားထောင်နေပါတယ်။

ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ ထိတွေ့ဖို့ အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်ပါက အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း ဆုတောင်းဝတ်ပြုပြီး သင့်လိုချင်သည့် အရာ များကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံဖွင့်ပြောပြပါ။

ထိုသို့ ဘုရားသခင်နဲ့ ဆက်နွှယ်ဖို့ အဆင်သင့်မဖြစ်သေးရင်တောင် သင်‌ ဖွင့်ပြောပြလိုသည်များရှိနေပါက အခုချက်ချင်းပဲ စတင်လိုက်ပါ။ 

ဆုတောင်းခံချက် : ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော် အမှားတွေလုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်၊ ခွင့်လွှတ်ပေးဖို့ ဘုရားသခင် ထံမှာ တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ခွင့်လွှတ်ခံထိုက်သူတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်လာစေဖို့ သခင်ယေရှုရဲ့ စွန့်လွှတ်အနစ်နာခံမှုတွေ အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပါတယ်။

ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဘဝထဲကို လာရောက်ပြီး ဘုရား သခင် ဖြစ်စေချင်သည့် ပုံစံ အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော့်ကို ပြောင်းလဲပေးပါ။

ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ အဖဘုရားသခင်ကိုယ်တိုင် ကျွန်တော့်ကို တို့ထိ ပြီး ဘုရားသခင်က ဘယ်သူဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော့်ကို ပိုမိုသိရှိခွင့်ပေးပါ။ ကျွန်တော် ဘုရားသခင် နဲ့ ရင်းနှီးစွာ ဆက်နွှယ်လိုပါတယ်။

The Bible says God loves relationships with us. That means he wants to know you and wants you to know Him. He is with you in this struggle right now, and He wants you to know you can trust Him and talk to Him about it.

He already knows everything about you. He knows what you’re feeling right now and what you want. He even knows the number of hairs on your head. But He wants to hear you tell Him these things because he really loves you and wants you to begin to love and trust Him. Your relationship with God is like any relationship, He wants honesty and wants you to spend time talking to him. He wants to have a conversation with you. God speaks to you through the Bible and you can speak back to Him in prayer. Prayer is when you speak to God out loud or in your mind. You can do it standing, sitting, kneeling, laying, in any place and at any time.

Here is the best part. You can tell Him anything, even the things that you have done wrong or are ashamed of. You don’t have to be afraid to tell Him because He will never leave you or stop loving you. In fact, He already knows every bad thing you’ve ever done or even thought about doing, and He still loves you. You don’t have to keep any secrets, because He knows it all and has already done the work to forgive you.

This is where Jesus comes in. Jesus is God’s son who was sent to live on Earth over 2000 years ago. Jesus was the only human that chose to fully follow God and never sin. He was perfect. Even though Jesus was perfect, he chose to die an extremely painful death. He was nailed to a cross by the very people he came to save. After he died he was buried, but three days later, he was brought back to life by God to show people that He was the son of God and show everyone that His perfect life and undeserved death earned forgiveness for humans forever. Because of this, we can invite Jesus to change our hearts and help us follow God.

If you want to know God and want to receive forgiveness for every mistake you have ever made, ask for it. Believe that Jesus took the punishment so you could be forgiven, and invite God to change you into who he created you to be.

Asking forgiveness and inviting God to change you is a commitment. God doesn’t require that you do anything yourself, but he does need you to truly want a relationship with Him. If you need to learn more about Him before you are ready to commit to His way, feel free to tell Him that and reread this day when you’re ready (If you want to know how He will change you first, read day 5).

God is listening to you right now. If you’re ready to have a relationship with Him, repeat the prayer below and then tell Him anything you want. If you’re not ready but you still want to talk to Him, just start talking!

Prayer: God, I know that I have sinned, and I ask for your forgiveness. Thank you for the sacrifice that Jesus made so that I can be forgiven. Please come into my life and change me into the person You want me to be. Please reveal yourself to me and show me more of who you are. I want to have a relationship with you.
