Jesus Changes Everythingनमुना

There is a direction to the tide of the story of Jesus. The water is flowing in, not out. It is not us searching for God. It is God searching for us.

Not only has He searched for us, He has found us.

Isaiah 9:6 starts with these two words, “Unto us”. It is telling us that something has been sent in our direction.

There are many things that come our WAY in life. Sometimes we say, “I never saw that coming”.

Heartache can come our WAY.

Disappointment can come our WAY.

Storms can come our WAY.

Challenges can arrive unannounced and sweep through our lives.

What has come your WAY in life?

That's why what Isaiah tells us is so incredible! Someone is coming our way is so good, it is almost unspeakable.

In fact, the vision Isaiah has of The Son of God is so wonderful and mighty and full of peace that one adjective is not enough. So he uses a quad-compound to load in four layers to the magnificence that is Jesus.

Jesus.

1. Wonderful Counselor
2. Mighty God
3. Everlasting Father
4. Prince of Peace

Jesus He has been sent Unto Us – and Unto You!

It means if you are in a storm.

It means if you are without hope.

It means if you need unconditional love.

It means if you need a second chance.

It means if you need lasting change.

It means if you need joy.

He came. He’s here. And He has the power to change your life.

His name is Jesus – for He will save His people from their sins.
