There is No One Like God

Deuteronomy 4:39

He is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other god.

Moses reminded the Israelites about the awesomeness of God and how God miraculously showed wonders when they were in Egypt. He helped them escape from slavery. He took care of them during their 40 years in the wilderness. God did a lot of wonders that people had never seen before. Those were the acts of God’s love. There is no one like Him. 

What God did for the Israelites revealed who God was. It didn't only stop there because who He was is still the same as who He is now. The Bible tells that He is God in heaven and on earth. Heaven is beyond comprehension. God has authority over all that. He created the earth for us to live on in a relationship with Him where we experience His presence and provision. Those were the acts of God’s love. There is no one like Him. 

God loves you; there is no doubt about it. Let's have a big faith in God, trust in His awesomeness and protection while we are on earth, obey Him, and all will be well with us. 

Prayer

Dear God, there is no one like You on earth. Help me to always remember the love and grace and blessing that come from You. Amen.
