 Let’s begin with spring since it truly is the month of new beginnings. It’s the month of fresh starts and new relationships. A time of growth. A time of love. A time of joy. And a time where it is easy to be grateful. This is the point of your life where you are trekking your way to the top of the mountain, slowly beginning to see the Lord’s promise over your life. It’s a time of transitioning out of the long, harsh winter you just endured where you thought you would never see the end. But there it is, the dead of the winter finally melting away and the flower buds beginning to flourish. You are starting to see what God has been gently reminding you of in the past few months of trials. This is the season where you develop a confidence in God, knowing that he not only guides you through the hard times but also rejoices with you in the good. The God we serve wants to see us flourish and live life to the fullest, it is just that sometimes what we believe to be the “fullest” is not what God considers as the best. In this season, be sure to cling to God more than ever and allow him to lead your life in a beautiful way; don’t take back the reigns of your life and drift down a path away from his promise. Now, it is time to sit back and soak up the sun, because it’s summertime.
