Rejoicing in the Harvest

Do you know how heaven responds when one person turns to Christ? It’s a celebration!

In Luke 15:7, Jesus reveals that “there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.” This verse reminds us that every soul matters to God. When someone chooses to follow Jesus, heaven erupts in celebration, and we are invited to join in that joy.

As workers in the harvest, we may not always see immediate results. But even when the work feels slow or difficult, we can trust that God is at work behind the scenes. Each seed planted, each prayer prayed, and each conversation had is part of a bigger story.

Take time today to celebrate what God has done in your life and in the lives of others. Reflect on the joy of salvation and let it inspire you to continue labouring in the harvest.

Prayer: Father, thank You for the joy of salvation. Help me to celebrate the work You are doing in and through me. Let Your joy strengthen me for the harvest ahead. Amen.
