Praying for Labourers

Who will go into the harvest? Jesus teaches us that it all starts with prayer.

Before Jesus sent His disciples into the harvest, He gave them an essential command: "Pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:38). Prayer is the foundation of every move of God.

As we pray, God aligns our hearts with His purposes and shows us how we can participate in His work. Praying for labourers also reminds us that the mission belongs to God. He is the one who prepares hearts, raises up workers, and leads them into the field.
