HEALING THROUGH THE NAME OF JESUS According to the Bible, God's name is a tower into which the righteous might flee and find safety. The name of our Lord Jesus Christ is the name above all names, and it is the name to which all people on earth should bow down. Because Jesus is the one name that can forgive sins and because He is the Savior, no other name possesses the power that is uniquely His. How do you claim your healing? Healing will be yours as you run into the name of Jesus by calling upon it in faith. Jesus' name need not be chanted in order to be healed. When you call on the name of the Lord for healing, He promises to cure you. You can command healing for yourself or your loved ones by placing your faith in the authority of Jesus' name, just as Peter and John were able to cure the crippled man by commanding healing in the name of Jesus. What can the name of Jesus do? Jesus' name has the power to work wonders! You will undoubtedly be cured when a church elder anoints you with oil in Jesus' name. Jesus' name has the power to perform any miracle, not simply ones related to healing. You will experience miracles when you truly call on the Lord's name for healing in your relationships or finances. What does God need? God needs your faith in His name and your sincere prayers uttered in His name. It is made very plain in the Bible that those who call on the name of the Lord in sincerity will find Him. Miracles can happen as a result of the prayers offered in the name of the Lord Jesus. All power has been given to Jesus by God, and anybody who confesses Him with their lips and believes in their heart will be saved. You won't be disappointed by placing your faith in Jesus. He hears you and will provide you with healing. Have courage! Reflection time: 1\. Write down the names of the illnesses that scare you. 2\. Strike them down and write the name of Jesus. Command healing in the name of Jesus. 3\. Call an elder of your church to anoint you with oil in the name of Jesus and pray for you. Make it a point to tell the Lord that you rest in His name.
