21 Days Prayer & Fasting "Alive in Calling"ಮಾದರಿ
DOING OUR BEST
Life is a calling, and this calling grows within us over time. When we understand that God is a God of covenant, we realize He never forgets His covenant. However, in our daily reality, we are given an active role in building and responding to His call. This reflection invites us to delve deeper into the meaning of life as it unfolds within our calling.
In Colossians 3:23-24, we are encouraged to do everything with all our hearts, not as a mechanical task but as an act of worship to God. Every action, job, and responsibility we undertake should express our love and loyalty to Him. It is a call to "Do our best."
The importance of working responsibly is emphasized. Responsibility is not solely about the end result but also about the process. How we manage our time, respond to tasks, and treat others along our life journey—all of these are part of our calling that gives our lives meaning and purpose.
This calling also reminds us to be faithful in what is entrusted to us. When we are faithful in small matters, we will be entrusted with greater responsibilities. Living out our calling with faithfulness is evidence of our love and trust in the God who has entrusted us with talents, time, and opportunities.
Through today's reflection, we are reminded that life has profound meaning. Every moment is part of our calling. Let's not view work or responsibilities as burdens but as opportunities to live meaningful lives. God rewards those who are faithful, and we live for the Lord, not just for human masters. Therefore, let's live enthusiastically, embrace our calling, and do our best in everything. In doing so, we are not merely traversing life; we live purposefully as faithful servants of God in our calling.
PRAYER
Father, teach us to respond well to our responsibilities today so that we may be entrusted with greater ones in the future. Guide us in fulfilling Your call. In Jesus' name. Amen.
