God Never Disappoints

Isaiah 49:23

Anyone who trusts in Me will not be disappointed.

Story 

All the 12 tribes of Israel entered the Promised Land and each tribe was given the portion of the land to stay and live in. It means they had to take care of the land. With God’s help, they managed to defeat the people of Canaan and take over the land. This is just as what God had promised to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob many generations before.

God always says what He means, and He means what He says. When He says He will do it, He will surely do it. His promises are from generation to generation and He doesn't forget. No matter how long it takes, God’s promises will happen because He is trustworthy. 

You and I are given a promise of eternal life from God. Jesus died on the cross for you and me to save us and to grant us eternal life in Heaven. You receive this promise of eternal life by trusting in Jesus as the Savior of your life. You have to take care of your faith in God as if it is your treasure. Do not lose it. You can always trust in God because the Bible says that anyone who trusts in Him will not be disappointed.

Prayer

Dear Jesus, You are the source of hope, strength and happiness to me. Please stay in my heart as my treasure. Amen.
