Fear Busters (Week 3) ಮಾದರಿ

Day Five - I will be in Heaven with Jesus! 

Hello Mini FearBusters! How are you all doing? How is remembering your memory verse going? 

Today we will take a look at the promise that Jesus made to His disciples and us - ‘I gave my life so that you can be with me in heaven’.

You can read ‘Jesus goes to Heaven’, in the Beginner's Bible (Pages 466-472) or in Luke 24:44-51. 

Jesus told His disciples that he was going to Heaven to prepare a wonderful new home for them and that when He returned, He would take all His friends with Him - we are Jesus’ friends so that means us also. 

Jesus also told the disciples that God had given Him complete power over heaven and earth.  So that means whatever happens on earth or in heaven, Jesus is in control!  Isn’t that amazing!  Jesus knows all about when we are happy, when we are sad, when we are afraid and when we are asking Him to help us to be brave!  He knows everything that has happened or is going to happen to us all!  He is in control! 

Jesus also told the disciples to go and tell everyone about the good news!  That is why we celebrate Easter!  We can also tell our families and friends all about Jesus’ promises to us!

Who would you like to share the promises of Jesus with today? 

Right now (Spring, 2020) we are not able to meet up with our friends and to talk to them, so let's get creative in the different ways we can share Jesus with people in the next few days! We would love to see what you come up with! Remember to ask your grown-up to upload your pictures to Instagram or Facebook and tag us!

SAY - FEARBUSTER PRAYER: 

You are bigger than my fears. You wipe away my tears. I have a voice to pray, you teach me what to say. I am brave because of you! This sickness just won't do, we tell it now to QUIT. We've had enough of it!
