Stay Accountable  

Accountability takes us out of isolation and gives us strength from the company we      associate with. While Jesus is the first to be accountable to, we are made for companionship, and in the midst of individual challenges and trials, having a company of people helps you get through it easier.

Hebrews 10:24–25 encourages believers "… consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another…"
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!
These scriptures talk about the importance of accountability and its benefit in practical ways as well. Build good fellowship, for inspiration, to hold you up, and to keep you strong. Alongside Jesus, accountability to a group of believers is a major factor that contributes to an effective Christian walk.

Get connected with a fellowship and build a relationship with a leader whom you can trust. In due time, you will see that this circle of people have your back and can keep you strong through all challenges.

While the most renowned leaders fall and the most influential individuals disappoint people, it is crucial to realise that the lack of accountability can lead to a downfall.
As victorious God calls you to be, and as excited as you are to live a life pleasing to Him, accountability places a seal of effectiveness and success.

Stay accountable and you will continue to take leaps towards being effective as a Christian.
