The Old Testament On Purposeಮಾದರಿ
A puzzle piece doesn’t make much sense on its own. It’s just a strangely shaped object with some color.
If you didn’t recognize that it belonged to a puzzle, you would think it was weird, even useless.
But if you were in the process of building a puzzle and you couldn’t find that one piece – that strangely shaped thing would become invaluable to you in the moment! You would turn the house upside down looking for it because without it, your puzzle would remain unfinished.
You are that puzzle piece to God.
You are the unique shape that fits into the grander picture of what He is accomplishing.
To people who do not recognize that, who do not understand that you have a role to play, you may appear very strange to them. But to people who are pursuing their own purpose, you will be invaluable, because they will recognize that every person has their part to play.
The bigger picture needs all of us.
You’re not included in God’s grand plan despite the things that make you weird. You’re included precisely because of those things.
The grand invitation has been extended to you. Don’t ever try to change your shape to fit somewhere you don’t belong.
