Seasons of Man Plan for Growing Godly Alpha Malesគំរូ
Alpha man,
Matthew 9:36 says, "When he [Jesus] saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd." This verse offers a powerful reminder for men about the importance of empathy and compassion in our lives.
As men, we are often taught to be strong, independent, and self-sufficient. While there is certainly value in these traits, it's important to remember that they are not the only qualities that define us as human beings. In fact, one of the most important qualities we can cultivate is empathy - the ability to feel and understand the emotions of others.
In this verse, we see Jesus modeling this kind of empathy and compassion. He sees the crowds and recognizes their struggles and challenges. He doesn't judge them or turn away from them; instead, he reaches out to them, offering comfort, healing, and hope.
As men, we can learn a lot from Jesus' example. When we encounter others who are struggling or suffering, it's easy to dismiss their problems or to feel like we don't have the time or energy to help. But this verse reminds us that empathy and compassion are powerful tools for making a difference in the world.
Be mindful about reflecting on Matthew 9:36 and thinking about how to cultivate more empathy and compassion in our lives. Let's strive to see others as Jesus saw them - with open hearts, open minds, and a willingness to help. And let's remember that sometimes the most important thing we can offer is simply our presence and our willingness to listen.
Blessings to you

God never intended for strong alpha males of character to be associated with toxic or abusive characteristics. Dr. Scott Silverii and his sons share their hearts for being the man created by God in His image. Growing boys and men into that image with His character and nature of loving sacrifice requires purposeful discipleship. Sharing Bible principles taught to his young sons so they mature into the men God called them to be can encourage dads to do the same.
