Brothers,

Genesis 2:18 states, "Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” This verse reminds us that God created us for companionship and relationship with others. As men, it can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we can handle everything on our own, but this verse reminds us that we were not designed to go through life alone.

It is important to understand God did not create the woman as a servant or a subordinate, but rather as a helper who is equal in value and worth. This is an important reminder for us as men to treat the women in our lives with love, respect, and dignity, and to value them as partners and equals in all aspects of life.

At the same time, this verse also reminds us of our own need for help and support. None of us can navigate the challenges and complexities of life completely on our own, and we all need people in our lives who can support us, encourage us, and challenge us to be the best version of ourselves.

So, let’s cling to the importance of relationships and companionship in our lives. Be intentional about cultivating healthy and supportive relationships with those around us, and let us also be willing to seek out help and support when we need it. And above all, let us give thanks to God for the gift of community and companionship in our lives.

God bless you

Seasons of Man Plan for Growing Godly Alpha Males

God never intended for strong alpha males of character to be associated with toxic or abusive characteristics. Dr. Scott Silverii and his sons share their hearts for being the man created by God in His image. Growing boys and men into that image with His character and nature of loving sacrifice requires purposeful discipleship. Sharing Bible principles taught to his young sons so they mature into the men God called them to be can encourage dads to do the same.
