AWAKEN OTHERS - LAST CALL TO ARMS

Imagine you were a passenger on a sinking ship. The deck is tilting, water is pouring in, and people are treading water for their lives all around you. After many hours it looks like all is lost and all those who are desperately trying to survive are losing hope when in the distance you see a rescue ship approaching. The rescue ship heard your distress call and came just in time to save your life. After you are pulled to safety on the rescue ship would you grab a deck chair and some suntan lotion or would you grab a lifeline and throw it to those who are still drowning? When God the Father heard of our distress he sent his Son to rescue humanity from certain destruction. You, being saved, must have the same urgency as Christ in rescuing those around you. Now that you have been awakened to the grace and mercy of Christ it must become your life work to awaken others. You have a small moment in time- make it count in eternity.
