Listening to others’ testimonies, experiencing diverse forms of worship, and sharing my own testimony through Christian rap has profoundly shaped my life. Music has always been a part of me, and God has blessed me with this gift to glorify Him. My journey began in my home church, playing instruments like the violin and tenor saxophone. Over time, I transitioned to producing music digitally. One day, I created a beat, decided to rap over it, and that moment changed everything. God used it to show me my purpose: creating Christian rap to honor Him.

Colossians 3:16 says,“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” This verse inspires my music’s purpose—it’s not about my glory but His. I’m not chasing streams or money; if even one life is impacted by my music, I’ve fulfilled my calling.

James 1:17 reminds us,“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights.” Every word I write is not mine but flows from the Spirit after prayer, as 1 Peter 4:10 says,“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” My music is ministry—sharing my testimony and the hope of Jesus.

I encourage you to press forward in God’s calling. As 2 Timothy 2:15 says,“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” Dive into His Word, pray continuously, and let Him use your gifts to share the gospel in ways only you can.
