Day 6: Recognizing God’s Opportunities
Focus Scripture:
“Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut.” – Revelation 3:8
Every door is not a door from God. You will know it’s from God because it would have been placed in your life by God and not something that was brought into your life by your own doing.
When God sets a door before us, He doesn’t need our help or input. God opens doors for us that no one can shut—doors of favor, growth, and service.
As you walk in His order, take time today to notice the open doors He is placing before you and step into them with boldness. For every door that is opened that you know is not from God, refuse to walk through it no matter how tempting it might be. That door might seem like it has everything to offer you, but it can land you in a cycle of sorrow.
Reflection Prompt:
- Are there any "open doors" in your life that you feel God is calling you to step through?
- How can you position yourself to be more aware of the opportunities God is opening for you?
Call to Action:
Pray for eyes to see the open doors God is placing before you. Write down one opportunity you sense He is leading you to, and take a practical step toward walking through it.
