Building Rock Solid Faithნიმუში

Permanence of Rock
Not only is rock strong and stable, but it lasts. God wrote the Ten Commandments on stone slabs so His words would be a constant reminder for His people. Even after Moses broke them because of the Israelites' disobedience, God’s people carried the Ten Commandments around in an ark. Jesus renamed the disciple Simon, calling him Peter, or Petra, which means rock. In Matthew 16:18, Jesus said, “You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church.”
