Kingdom People - the Early Churchნიმუში

The Kingdom of God is for everyone! All are welcome.
In the early church days, some Jewish people believed they were God’s chosen people, so Gentiles (non-Jewish people) wouldn’t be welcome in God’s Kingdom. But Jesus told them this story in Luke 15, ensuring everyone knew that ALL people are welcome in His Kingdom. There is a feast prepared for us!
When you want to make someone feel welcome, you prepare a table for them, and you give your best. That’s what church can be like. We can prepare the table to welcome others. We can make sure we greet people, welcome them, make sure they feel at home, and give our best. Do you remember your first time coming to church? Or your first day of school? What made you feel welcome?
Kingdom people welcome others.
