Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 7ნიმუში

In our daily lives, we are often surrounded by people who do not believe in Jesus, for example, our friends, neighbours, or co-workers. Paul challenges us to testify our faith whenever we have the opportunity to do so. Sometimes it takes sensitivity to catch the right moment. For this, we can ask the Holy Spirit to show us when it’s appropriate to talk about Jesus and when to tell how He has changed our lives.

A German bible translation says that our words should be kind and seasoned with the "salt of wisdom". Let's not try to impose our faith on those around us but use the "salt of wisdom" and reflect the love of God in our every word and action.

Jesus says in Mark 16:15: "Go into the world. Go everywhere and announce the Message of God’s good news to one and all." We are called to spread God’s love so that more and more people will have the hope of a life with an eternal perspective.

Who is the person you can tell about your faith in Jesus in the upcoming week? Ask Jesus specifically to give you a suitable opportunity and pray for courage and wisdom to speak the right words. How awesome would it be if your testimony would change another person's life forever?
